Overall it's been a good experience. Technicians are very nice. I am in an area where there are a lot of bugs. I do tend to notice more bugs by the time the next treatment comes around. They took down spider webs that I pointed out and look for hornets nests. I wish there was a little more help in pinpointing or giving guidance on bugs coming into my home and dying in my button lights. I have asked what should I be looking for to prevent bugs in my ceiling between the first and second floor and haven't gotten a super helpful response. I'm aware it could just be how it is but it would be nice to have some more expert help in this situation.
